MapToki is an AI-powered art route map generation platform. We use artificial intelligence to transform route descriptions into artistically styled map images. All generated content is artistic creation, does not represent real geographic information, and must not be used for navigation purposes.

Account Responsibility

• 01You are responsible for all activities under your account
• 02Accounts may not be transferred to others
• 03Unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately
• 04Registration information must be truthful and accurate

Content & Intellectual Property

• 01You retain all rights to route descriptions you input
• 02AI-generated map artworks are for your personal use
• 03MapToki retains intellectual property rights to platform technology, algorithms, and designs
• 04Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of core platform algorithms is prohibited

Credits & Payment

• 01Credits are non-refundable once purchased (unless required by law)
• 02Credits never expire
• 03Prices may be adjusted; previously purchased credits are unaffected
• 04Payments are securely processed through Creem

Prohibited Conduct

• 01Using the service to generate illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• 02Attempting to reverse engineer or breach platform systems
• 03Automated bulk API calls
• 04Interfering with other users' normal use
